Mental Wellbeing

Tips for maintaining good mental health:

  • Get fresh air when you can
  • Make a list of activities that make you happy and try to do one a day
  • Talk to others - not just through messaging
  • Set sensible limits on exposure to news/ social media/ tech time
  • Exercise - even if only for 10 mins a day
  • If you're spending a lot of time with others, make some time to be alone
  • Do a good deed for someone
  • Be realistic - it will be difficult at times - tell someone how you are feeling
  • Share positive photos/ pictures/ messages that trigger positive memories
